About England vs Belgium Live Stream:
Group G at the World Cup is nearly all but decided. We know Belgium and England are in the round of 16, but we have finished in first place. A draw would take them into the tiebreakers, where it could go to play points (yellow cards, red cards) to decide who wins. If team wins this match, they win the group and enter the group stage with momentum.

England and Belgium have been two of the most impressive sides at the 2018 World Cup, but neither has played a decent team yet. This would be their first real test, but there is little riding on the result and both teams will probably make changes. When the match kicks off, both teams will be able to plot their potential route through the final, as well as in the last pair of group stage matches.

The sides have not just had similar records so far, they have identical ones. Both teams have won their two matches with a total of eight goals scored and two conceded. England currently top the group by virtue of having received fewer yellow cards than Belgium. If this is a draw, then it is this discipline that will decide the final ordering of the group.

Both sides have already made progress towards the next round, and both coaches have said they want to win the game despite the possibility of an easier quarterfinal tie for finishing second side.

Level on points, goal difference and goals scored, England is currently in a group of countries in Tunisia and Panama. But with no amnesty on yellow cards until the semi-finals, it's very unlikely that their cause for second place.

Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku is an anodyne after missing training on Monday and Tuesday after picking up a knock against Tunisia.

Coach Roberto Martinez is likely to rest Lukaku even if he is fit to play, explaining that the Manchester United forward knows the team is more important than individual accolades such as the Golden Boot.

Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen could also be Harry Kane's teammate.

England coach Gareth Southgate is sending mixed messages to the striker, who has scored five goals so far in Russia, will start.

"He is the captain and he knows he will be judged on how far we go." He is not a winner., "Southgate told Talksport on Tuesday.

A more likely scenario would be for Kane to start and then be replaced by Jamie Vardy in the second half. But there will be changes elsewhere, with Gary Cahill coming in at center-back, Danny Rose starting at left-back, and Fabian Delph making an appearance in midfield before a 48-hour round-trip to England to wait for the birth of his third child.

Dele Alli could also make a return to action in the face of a dispute against the country.

Watch out for Alexander Arnold and Eden Hazard

As expected, England will make changes to the core of the team. We can expect Phil Jones, Gary Cahill and full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold to start. In the forehead, Harry Kane is expected to start the game.
